Individual Systemic Coaching Systemic coaching provides clarity when you feel stuck or in crisis for “no good reason.” By exploring connections between your current challenges and wider systems — family, ancestry, culture — we illuminate hidden patterns affecting your life. In our session, I'll guide you through gentle visualisation or physical representation using floor markers. This process helps identify entanglements and creates movement where you previously felt blocked. All guidance is offered without judgment, simply to relieve pressure on your system. Pricing Packages & Priority Access: Packages are available that include session savings and priority access slots. Package holders can access additional sessions released based on availability. How It Works - Choose your package – Pick the 3, 6, or 9-session package that suits how often you plan to work with me. (You can choose the package and checkout as a guest without having an account first. Take the time to create one later to keep track of your session usage - it's super simple) Create a free account – When you’re ready, creating an account lets you track your session usage, manage bookings, and access member benefits in the future. Book your sessions – Schedule individual sessions at times that suit you. If you can’t find a slot that works, contact me directly — package holders receive priority access to additional sessions released based on availability. Use within the validity period – Packages are valid for a fixed period from purchase (3-session = 4 months, 6 = 6 months, 9 = 9 months) Community Access: If you feel called to this work but this is out of reach because of extenuating personal circumstances, please don’t let that put you off — a small number of Community Access slots are offered each month.
