MODULE 1
Unpacking the Past: Shadows of Influence - Exploring personal, ancestral, societal and collective wounding in leaders and organisations.
We dive straight into the unseen forces shaping how you show up — exploring how past experiences, personal and collective wounds, and inherited patterns quietly influence your decisions, leadership style, relationships, and even your sense of value and money.
You’ll begin to recognise where these patterns are running the show, bringing unconscious drivers into conscious awareness, so you can start to explore new ways of leading and showing up.

MODULE 2
Leaders as Conscious Space Holders: Power, Responsibility, Influence and Reverence
In this module we explore leading with consciousness.
We look at how leadership has been learned, inherited, and expressed in your personal, family, and wider social systems. How it may have been used or misused and the impacts of that in the personal, ancestral, collective and organisational.
Through a systemic lens, we explore the dynamics of radical inclusion as an antidote to exclusion and polarity and you’ll begin to see what's possible when those elements begin to become visible.

MODULE 3
The Dance of Power and Money: Navigating Power and Money in the Personal, Ancestral, Societal and Cultural Landscapes of Today.
This module tackles the charged terrain of power and money — revealing how personal history, ancestral patterns, and cultural conditioning shape your relationship with both.
We delve into the shadows of masculine and feminine leadership and power that may be limiting your authority or expression, and release what isn’t yours to carry.
In this final module we will also start looking at what the world is calling forth from us as new ways of leading begin to emerge. We go deeper into our self and our soul to serve ourselves, our teams, families and organisations with more capacity and resilience for emergent potential.

This is primarily an embodied and experiential workshop. We will be using a variety of systemic exercises using body as instrument, mapping on the floor with paper, people, objects.
You’ll be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through these systemic exercises and somatic awareness practices throughout each module.
Please Note:
Participation in this workshop is likely to involve some personal processing and the days are about serving the needs of the group. Depending on demand we may or may not get to cover all of the subject matter quoted above and we may substitute with other exercises. We will follow the ‘Field’ and stand in the ‘unknown’, leaning into the emergent future of leadership, power and potential.
