I work similarly to how I would in a group constellation — using objects, floor markers, or symbolic representations to explore the elements of your system. In online sessions, we use visualisation and intuitive guidance to reveal what the system is ready to show. Each constellation unfolds within a compassionate and confidential container — gently relieving pressure in the system and restoring movement where it was once stuck.
