As an introduction to Constellation work or when there is a need to explore some personal issues that you do not feel ready to bring into a group workshop, then individual sessions can be a powerful tool for the times when you are exploring ways of moving your life forward.
I will work similarly to the way that I would in a Constellation workshop, except instead of using people for representatives I may use objects, floor markers or paper to represent the elements involved.
In a video or phone session I may invite the client to use visualisation of the relevant elements and with feedback from there, then proceed to offer sentences or guidance that helps highlight or resolve the entanglement.
In each case the guidance is offered without prejudice, and merely seeks to relieve the pressure on the system to create some movement where previously there was none

Where I will work with what is present for you at this moment. These can be taken ad hoc,in person or online. Sessions usually last around 60 mins. This is for you if: - You want to try an individual Constellation for the first time - Have a pressing personal issue that you want insight into and want a nudge to help expand your awareness around it. - You have been working with constellations for some time, or have recently attended a workshop and need some ongoing support with something that came up for you.

Sometimes we need a more focused lens and a longer time to explore the life challenges that may be holding us in patterns that have been entangling in matters that do not belong to us.
These are currently offered in person only and can also involve another person to support in the representing experience.
This container provides a uniquely personal and confidential container for you to take a deeper and more focused systemic exploration into the patterns or challenges that you wish to look in to. Take as a half day, or if you are bringing a complex business case, a Full Day, with a lunch either before, during or after, depending on the time you choose. You will be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through a variety of different systemic exercises to illuminate hidden dynamics and root causes that may be the legacy of others rather than your own.
