Sometimes we have recurring patterns in our life, both personal and professional that nothing we do seems to change and we're left wondering where yet again we are 'going wrong?' We feel that we 'should' be able to fix whatever it is that is our issue and yet the solution continues to evade us no matter what we try and do or how hard we 'search' for the answer. Quantum Edge Constellations explores these kinds of life challenges in a different way. Looking through a wider systemic lens, we include the individual or business as part of a greater system of family, culture, environment and conscience, rather than seeing it as something that functions as a purely independent unit. Combining over 35 years of study in the healing arts and personal development with a diverse Constellations training, my practice has evolved organically. What began as traditional Family and Business constellation work has developed into Quantum Edge Constellations — where time-tested principles meets the curiosity of "What wants to happen here?" Sitting with the energy of the evolutionary potential and the edge of the emergent future, I weave together established constellation wisdom with innovative elements that have revealed themselves through years of practice, personal transformation, and deep listening to each unique situation. What unfolds through our work together is a co-creation - where both the old and the new have a place. We become no longer defined by the past, but informed by it. Choice for something different becomes possible and space is created for your innate wisdom to find the expression it deserves.
SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS - THE ESSENCE
Just as our physical genetic code is passed down from generation to generation, old patterns of behaviour, traumas and difficulty can be passed down from generation to generation too - inherited as a kind of energy genetic code - known today as the science of 'epigenetic's'. The effects of these events can send ripples through the system, and impact current generations in subtle ways that seem impossible to envisage until we consider a wider picture. This same notion can also be applied to a business - After all, a business is like a living system born from an idea/vision, has ‘parents’ with a ‘genetic code’, history, hierarchy and host of other interrelating factors, all of which have an influence in the system whether they are known of or not. The Systemic constellation process explores the subtle relationships between and within different systems, and the Constellating practice itself is the way of making these previously unconscious/invisible influences visible.
