Each Personal Immersive lasts between 4–5 hours, and includes refreshments and a simple farm-to-table lunch, taken before, during, or after depending on your chosen time.
You’ll be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through systemic exercises and somatic awareness practices — supported, if requested, by trained Representatives who honour your confidentiality with care and reverence.
This work moves at the pace your system needs, with generous space for rest and integration — even a walk in nature or quiet reflection if called for.
