The work is like having X-ray vision into the hidden dynamics that may be working through a system. Whether that be how the individual or team is functioning, finding your place within the system you have been called in to work with, or looking at where your personal life is getting hijacked by systems that belong to a different time and place.

This bespoke container provides a uniquely personal and confidential space for you to take a deeper and more focused systemic exploration into the patterns or challenges that you wish to look in to.
Take as a half day, with a lunch either before, during or after, depending on the time you choose.
You will be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through a variety of different systemic exercises to illuminate hidden dynamics and root causes that may be the legacy of others rather than your own.
These are currently offered in person only and can also involve one or more other people to represent to support in the representing experience.

This Immersive is for you if...
- You are a coach/consultant who works with clients and you want a systemic lens to explore:
Your place in your clients system, hidden dynamics and patterns in your one to one or client system, personal systemic issues that may be impacting your efficacy within your clients system.
Your place in the coaching/consulting space in general and landing new business and opportunities.
You work - inside or outside - of an organisation or have your own small to medium business and want to explore the above from your own professional contribution and position.
- You have a personal life challenge that is sensitive and/or confidential and would benefit from a uniquely personal container dedicated entirely to you.
- You are a creative, writer, director, actor, artist etc. who wants a unique focused container to explore different aspects related to their project, place in the artistic system, systemic blocks to success and getting work, character development, story development, agent/customer relationships, pending auditions and interviews.
SETTING UP A SESSION, TIMING AND FOLLOW UP
The session lasts approx 3-4 hours and is taken as a half day, with a lunch either before, during or after, depending on the time you choose.
You will be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through a variety of different systemic exercises to illuminate hidden dynamics and root causes that may be the legacy of others rather than your own.
If you have requested that another representative be present they will also hold the space in a confidential manner.
There is a free 20 discovery call to see if this package is for you.
We will assess the project, agree dates and look at the parameters for working.
I will organise the logistics of Representatives and catering requirements.
30-45 min discovery call a week or so before the constellation date to hone outcomes and intentions for your in person session and address any questions or concerns you may have.
We will have tea and integration breaks and lunch is about an hour.
