The work is like having X-ray vision into the hidden dynamics that may be working through a system. Whether that be how the individual or team is functioning, finding your place within the system you have been called in to work with or simply looking at what is, or is not, possible from your presence or interventions.

Each Executive Constellation Immersive lasts between 5-6 hours, and includes tea/coffee breaks and a simple farm to table home cooked lunch either before, during or after, depending on the time you choose.
You will be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through a variety of different systemic exercises to illuminate hidden dynamics and root causes that may be impacting the efficacy of the systems that you have been called in to serve, and/or highlight your own personal weaknesses for entanglements within the system.

The half day Retreat Experience has been a game changer for the individuals, executives and coaches who have taken it!
This bespoke container provides a uniquely personal and confidential space for you to take a deeper and more focused systemic exploration into the patterns or challenges that you wish to look in to:
Whether that be -
• looking at where your personal life is getting hijacked by systems that belong to a different time and place
• a deeply sensitive pattern that you wish to explore in a private container
• a set of life challenges in one deep dive turbo charged, lovingly held, retreat space.
• some supervision and/or shadow consulting for individual clients, then this is the space for you.
Each VIP Constellation experience lasts between 4-5 hours, and includes tea/coffee breaks and a simple farm to table home cooked lunch either before, during or after, depending on the time you choose.
You will be expertly held and guided by Elaine Rachel through a variety of different systemic exercises working with Elaine and any Representatives if they have been requested. You can be assured that representatives know they are to treat your space with the utmost discretion and confidentiality so that you can feel safe in your explorations of sensitive issues.
The workshop is uniquely tailored to you, we go at your pace and there are ample integration spaces. We have even been known to make space for an power nap if that is what is called for. Whatever supports your unique journey, a walk in the garden, by the river, with or without a companion, is all part of retreat experience if you need it.
