ELAINE RACHEL
Born January 1966 - a proud Capricorn, Chinese Wood Snake and Manifesting Generator who's been navigating the beautiful mess of being human for over five decades...
My fascination with human experience began as a personal quest for balance—what stirs us, stops us, heals us, and allows us to simply be at peace with ourselves. This curiosity has led me around the world and ultimately to the work I share today.
Like you, I've sat on the edge of emotional precipices wondering "what the f is going on." My Capricorn helping nature developed in my early years as a way to feel safe - and subsequently became both my superpower and my kryptonite!
These unconscious patterns created difficult cycles that I've learned to transform and transcend, using the tools that I work with today. This has brought a new level of freedom and possibility into the quality of my life and work - now there is a lot less kryptonite that gets to exert it's influence on me.
Life has been my most profound teacher, particularly in 2022 when my husband's suicide completely upended my understanding of everything. The years that followed felt like being thrown into a washing machine on spin cycle - disorienting, relentless, and overwhelming. Yet somehow, I emerged - changed, but still myself at my core.
This devastating experience deepened my already intuitive approach to working with clients and expanded it in profound ways. The intuition I've always trusted is more deeply imbued with the weight and wisdom of deeply lived experience. My natural ability to hold space has been enriched by walking through the darkest valleys myself. Today, the compassion and understanding I bring to my practice comes from a place of hard-earned wisdom - honouring both the fragility and resilience that make us human.
My journey includes training in hotel and catering before discovering complementary health in the 1980s. Over 30+ years, I have been lucky enough to train with some of the most inspirational and influential teachers and Constellators including; John Veltheim, Judith Hemming, CSC, Bert Hellinger, The Whole Partnership, John Whittington and Jan Jacob Stam, Transition Studio.
With my background in; Life, Massage and Aromatherapy, Reiki, BodyTalk, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Tao, Advaita, Tantra, and more recently Family and Business Constellations - I have a toolbox of ideas and experience that I weave into my practice and courses.
Providing tools and coaching for personal and professional development, I work with each individual or business circumstance in mind. The same dynamics that appear in our families emerge in our business, and vice versa. Including both we create sustainable transformation that integrates all the parts that brings our unique gifts and contribution to the human expression.
My approach may not always be conventional, but it’s backed by a wealth of experience, compassion, warmth and a healthy dose of humour.
The Future...
I see the rise in popularity of this way of working and thinking as a testament to it’s success as a way of addressing some of the core issues and challenges that we face as human beings in relationship with the modern world.
It’s a privilege to be a part of the evolutions of this approach and to have the opportunity to collaborate with many talented and experienced colleagues.
In Closing...
There are many varieties, approaches and styles in this work and I offer just one of many. In no way do I consider this way the only way and I encourage my students and clients to go out and explore some of the many different approaches and find what works best for them.
My clients, students, family and life continue to be an inspiration to me and my work, and I’ve certainly not finished exploring yet - while I’m still breathing I’m still learning…
